Panzer II “Luchs” - Weeks 66-68

Putting the hull back together, working on the Aufbau and ancillaries.

Tidying up the hoses, the transmission and drive shaft housing will get an aluminum housing like the original Luchs.

Aufbau by Funkers position, the round tube is the conduit for the 80 watt antenna to go through, this was a high watt antenna this protects and routes the cable.


If you notice we added a small safety latch, that has to be pulled for the hatch to fully open, so no one gets knocked out.


Drivers hatch with correct bolts.


Testing out the new paint, this is RAL 1001, we decided the hull will be hand painted.
