New Panzer II Luchs Kicking Off

Well... "Luchs 2.0" We're Kicking off two new Panzer II ausf. L "Luchs" builds. This after several years of design tweeking and a vastly deeper pool of reference material including more in depth study of the two remaining originals. Many of the sub parts were prebuilt in 2017. So that, combined with the previous experience, will hopefully move these two right along.

"A" will fit into "B" and not wiggle around. Bolt holes are yet to be drilled and tapped.
